Are the rates real-time?
Rates reflect the latest ECB reference rates, published on business days. They are not live tick-by-tick market rates but are accurate for everyday conversions and travel planning.
Why does my bank charge a different rate?
Banks add a spread (typically 0.5–5%) on top of the mid-market rate shown here. The rate here is the interbank rate — always factor in your bank's fees when exchanging money.
